This was my first experience with Felix Auto Service, but judging by the online reviews, my expectations were set high and Felix Auto Service did NOT disappoint. Upon having a vehicle towed to this location, the tow truck driver lost the keys…the shop Manager, Franklin immediately alerted me of this issue and put my mind at ease, that he would give the driver time to locate the keys (which took hours) and he was so patient. After diagnosing the problem, the invoice was sent via email, where you can authorize the service (impressive) and the price was very reasonable. Even more, when I called to discuss the service line items, the Owner, Felix took time to explain what needed to be repaired and why. When he explained the issues and what needed to be fixed, it logically made sense and added up (NO inflated pricing and/or erroneous charges). Subsequently, I called and spoke to Cruz a couple days later and he informed me that the car was ready for pickup. When I went to pickup the vehicle, it ran smooth like a brand new car. I immensely appreciate, respect and thank Felix Auto Service for making an overwhelming, stressful issue, care-free. Through the whole process, I felt that the vehicle was in good hands and that I was aware of the process/progress every step of the way. I will MOST DEFINITELY use Felix Auto Service for my mechanical needs going forward. The team, Felix, Franklin and Cruz are fair, honest, knowledgeable and professional. May God continue to bless them and their business.

I took my car there to get it serviced and they took the time to explain everything to me and they were also very honest about it. Honestly one of the best if not the best shop around this area.

I recently went to Felix Auto Service in Falls Church for a brake job, and had a great experience. The team was very professional and made me feel comfortable right away, which I really appreciated. As a woman, it’s important to feel like you’re being treated honestly, and I definitely got good vibes here. Frank especially made the whole process smooth and easy. I’d definitely come back and recommend this shop to others.

Came in 8:30am on a Saturday for an oil change and alignment. They were courteous, welcoming, very serviceable. Francisco was very helpful as we discussed other small concerns about the vehicle. He made me feel confident in their ability to do all the things. The work was done in a very timely manner and the communication was effective and timely. I am VERY satisfied with their work. No notes. The owner Felix was there when I went to pick up. Also very pleasant and helpful .

I would for sure return to this shop, I arrived and instantly started the paperwork and got my car examined for my issue. They were quick enough to confirm my suspicions and get started. I was extremely happy with the results and will for sure be a returning customer!

I came to the shop a couple days ago because my car was not starting, they promised to fix my vehicle by changing out the timing belt and water pump. I agreed to over $1000+ worth of work and was told this will make vehicle run as it was before. After the work was completed I arrived to the shop and my vehicle was starting weird and check engine light was on now, these were not issues before the car came to the shop. To me it seems the job was done incorrect and negligently then tried to quote me over $1300 worth of work on the vehicle. They didn't release my vehicle until I paid the $1,000+ balance even though my car was not properly fixed. I am beyond disappointed, and may contact the BBB if my issue isn't resolved with the owner.

Just went to Felix Auto Service. They got me in very quickly, fixed my speedometer, and extremely efficient. Could not have had better customer services. I will 100% be coming back here.

So glad I took my car to Felix Auto Service, they are truly amazing! They managed to fix my car in 3 days after another car shop had it for a month and couldn't fix it. Had a nail in my tire and needed a quick fix. Felix took my car in right away and was able to patch my tire. Great customer service

Incompetent workers. Came in to patch a nail in my tire and they forgot to attach 3 lug nuts and the refill cap. My fault for not checking before I left but extremely unhappy with this

Went in for an annual inspection. 3 hours later they identified needed items to pass the annual inspection and many other preventative maintenance services. Prices is on the high side.

This place is just absolutely incredible. The people who work there are the kindest. And it's really the first time in my life I've been able to feel at ease with the mechanics and their work. They have looked after my van for years and since coming across them, I have never again used another mechanic. I reallyy trust their work and the prices they offer. Frank goes out of his way to make sure they are finding the most affordable parts for the car, and I really appreciate how transparent they are and how they go about their repairs. Before coming across Felix auto, I used to absolutely hate going to the mechanic. I was always uneasy and I always felt like I had to question everything I was being told. But this place just feels completely different. From the first time I visited, I knew I'd came across an honest place, and I just felt so much more at ease. My van is a really old car and she's not easy to repair, but they've kept her running for far longer than I thought she would last! If you're looking for a mechanic in Virginia, I reallyyy cannot recommend this place enough.

Amazing amazing place! Comes highly recommended from folks around NoVa (also Falls Church award program best auto repair shop 2022, 2023, 2025). It’s a family-run business + extra hands on deck. Felix was at a Honda dealership for several years before opening up shop. I came in with a rattling/wobbling car at highway speeds and tire issues, also checking for general issues since my car’s a 2009. All was double-checked, everything I wanted fixed was done well and my car drives so smooth now. I also feel they are honest and trustworthy because not only were fixes only done as I gave permission, but I also called another garage I know to verify their ballpark prices for fixes — they were almost exactly the same as Felix Auto Service’s quote. 10/10 will go back for future care issues

Today was my first day going to this shop. I met the owner Felix and I see he really wants the best parts for the client's cars. They were able to get my car in and out very quickly. Excellent service on wheel alignment. Felix met me at end of service and went over alignment report and what was done. Fair price of $120 for alignment on the Subaru.

We sent everyone from our work. It’s always consistent reliable. They won’t try to review off trying to charge you on other things to do that are not necessary.

Great experience with Felix and Frank. Honest, quick and great price! Would definitely return! They were even able to do an alignment on my Dodge 3500 dually!

I have taken a few of my cars here and every experience has been positive. Most recent was a brake/rotor job and an exhaust check engine issue on my truck. Felix and Frank are experts and will be honest with you about whether you need to do the fix or wait. I don't feel pressured to fix every little thing every time I go in like other places I've been to in recent years. Price and quality are fantastic and the crew there is always friendly. Felix Auto is the place to take your car if you live in Falls Church.

I have been burned by other local auto shops and am so glad that I found Felix’ shop. I called to set up and oil change and have them look into an unusual noise and was able to bring my car in the following day. I was prepared to be quoted an astronomical amount, but was pleasantly surprised when the price was beyond reasonable for the area and I wasn’t oversold on other “problems.” The work was completed quickly and my car is doing great. I will definitely be returning and sending anyone I know who needs car servicing to Felix!

Called for an urgent wheel alignment on a Saturday and got in within an hour. Friendly service. Alignment was definitely needed. Price was reasonable and beat the KBB estimate for Alexandria (comparable) prices. Showed me a computer printout of where the problem was and how it tested afterward. Very satisfied. Note: They are on the backside of the building on West Jefferson. It says so in their address but I just missed it.

Wonderful experience. They beat my previous shop's estimate by almost $2,000 and did fantastic work. Would absolutely go back for more car repairs. Highly recommended.

Great service. Hidden behind some shops, Felix Auto Service was able to accommodate me when I forgot my annual vehicle inspection expired while I was on holiday. I called and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. I was in and out of there in under thirty minutes. Highly recommend for quick honest vehicle service.

Amazing customer service and quick repair. I had a slow leak on one of my tires. They fixed it quickly and the price was very reasonable. They even topped up the air on the rest of my 3 tires. Truly great service--would recommend and visit again. Thank you!

We have always found Felix to be honest and reliable. I appreciate that the mechanics explain any found issues respectfully and in detail. They are always willing to talk through their recommendations and options, and the implications of waiting on doing the work. Their work is done quickly and well. This is our go-to mechanic.

Felix is very reliable and fair on prices. He knows his craft and owns one of the best shops around. I took my 2007 Miata here after a bad front end wreck. He was very honest with me about prices and worked quickly with quality work. Frank is the same way and knows the ins and outs of local parts businesses, he works hard to find you the best prices available. Highly recommend this shop.

Felix and Frank have always been honest and fair with all of the repairs they have done on my vehicles. They do not try to upcharge on any unnecessary services when completing any repairs. If you want a shop that you can trust with great customer service you should use Felix Auto Service.

Very nice people, good service, but not great at communication and a bit inconsistent with schedules and details. They incorrectly recorded my contact information and were unable to inform me when a part I had ordered came in. Then they said I would be able to get a same-day repair without an appointment, but when that day came and I called about it, they weren't able to guarantee that they could get to the car, and I've been forced to look for another servicer.

Highly recommended. Small business shop. Updates you on the repairs. Fair price. I suggest calling to set up appointment.

If you're wondering if you should bring your car here the answer is YES! I've been coming here for a little over three years and they are always honest and professional. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my car!

Felix is honest, competent, sincere and and does not overcharge. Do not hesitate to take you car or truck for service here. He should franchise his business model. There are way too many auto repair shops that are out for blood and sacrifice return customers. Many thanks!!

Frank was wonderful to deal with throughout the process. He allowed me to bring my car just before closing time and had a diagnosis by the next morning. The billing system and communication was really impressive.

It’s not often I’ve had an experience with a mechanic that is overwhelmingly positive. Anyone who’s used mechanic services is all too familiar with the intimidation tactics and hustles seemingly most shops attempt to pull to milk the service appointment for more money. I am so relieved to have found a genuine mechanic who treats his customers with kindness and respect. I Found Felix Auto through Openbay+ and I’m so glad I made the drive from DC to request their services. I interacted with Franklin (Frank) who was very genuine and kind. They serviced my car quickly and professionally and provided additional information about services rendered. They have most definitely gained a new loyal customer. I’m looking forward to seeing them again in about a month (I drive a lot).
